This white noise is present when nothing else is plugged into the unit (just headphones) and everything else is muted, turned off, etc. Different locations/buildings, still does it. Again: I have had three units now and they all have a loud hum/buzz/white noise for the headphone outputs.

RMA'd that one and now unit #3 also has a terrible buzz/hum. Second one came back with slightly less buzz but still not an acceptable level. There was a terribly high noise floor on all of them, I tried everything and ultimately RMA'd with Rode. Now that we want to watch tiktoks and react, game and watch videos etc, we started using the headphone outputs (monitor 1 - 4).
